Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the deposit for the apartment and is it fully refundable? The deposit is one-month rent and is fully refundable minus any damages assessed at the end of the lease.

Is there any fee’s for moving in? There is a $50 application fee to process your application (per applicant and nonrefundable).

Do you allow Pets? Yes, we allow cats (2 per apartment).

Is there a pet deposit or pet rent? There is a $500 deposit per cat and no pet rent. Half of the deposit is refundable minus any damages assessed at the end of the lease.

What Lease lengths do you offer? We offer 6 and 12-month Lease options to start out. At the completion of your first 6 or 12-month Lease, you can choose a month to month option with a $50 per month premium.

Can I terminate my Lease early? Yes, you can terminate your Lease early with a penalty fee equal to two-months’ rent.

Do you offer parking? Yes, you can park in a reserved stall in our ramp for $110 per month.

Are you connected to the skyway? Yes, we are connected to the skyway in two different directions.

Who manages your building? Klodt Inc. owns and manages the building.

When was your building built? The building was completed in 2001.

Can I pay my rent online? Yes, you can pay your rent online using an account at paylease.com.

When is rent considered late? Rent is considered late if received after the 5th of the month.

Do you offer furnished apartments? No, we do not offer any furnished apartments.

Is there a different rate for 6 and 12-month leases? No, both lease lengths are the same price.

How long does the application process usually take? It usually takes 7-10 business days to fully process your application.
