The Metro has newly remodeled apartments with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, track lighting and traditional white cabinetry. Each apartment has abundant closet space, Centiva flooring and carpeting throughout and ceramic tile in our spacious bathrooms. A unique LG combination washer/dryer is in each apartment. All apartments have either skyline views or a balcony overlooking our beautiful 11th floor terrace.
Our property amenities include a fitness center, 11th floor landscaped terrace with outdoor kitchen and gas BBQ grills, and a fully appointed community room. The building provides trash, water, heat and air-conditioning. Residents are responsible for their own electricity, and cable/internet. A storage locker is also available for each apartment upon request. Reserved parking is available at an additional cost on the top floors of our parking ramp.
We have an on-site management office, 24 hour emergency maintenance, controlled entrances, 24 hour surveillance cameras, and overnight security guards to patrol the building.
Our application fee is $50 per application. The security deposit is 1-months rent for the apartment. We allow cats (up to 2) with a $500 pet deposit per cat.
The Metro Apartments is in an unrivaled downtown location for convenience with two access points to the skyway system.
